On 16 April 2026, Paulig’s Annual General Meeting was held in Helsinki. Jukka Moisio continues as the Chair of the Board and Mathias Bergman was re-elected Vice-Chair of the Board for a three-year term. Sari Pohjonen and Nathalie Roos were elected as new Members of the Board, each for a three-year term.

Rob Versloot and Christina Wergens do not continue as members of the Board. As their Board service comes to an end, we would like to thank both for their valuable contributions and commitment.

Anna Paulig concluded her two-year term as Observer of the Board. Fredrik Bergman was elected as the Observer of the Board for the next two years.

Current members of the Board Arancha Cordero, Jessica Jungell-Michelsson and Petra Teräsaho continue as members of the Board.

Sarah Tähkälä, Senior Vice President, Legal at Paulig, continues as the Secretary of the Board.

Sari Pohjonen is a Board professional with extensive experience in finance, governance and leadership. She has held CFO, Deputy CEO and Interim CEO roles at companies such as Fiskars, Oriola and Reima. She holds an M.Sc. (Econ.) in Accounting & Finance.

Nathalie Roos is a Board professional with extensive leadership experience in the FMCG industry. She has held CEO and president roles at global companies including Lipton Teas and Infusions, L’Oréal and Mars. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
