Paulig’s key figures in 2025 include:
- Paulig’s revenue increased by 16% to a record level of EUR 1,39 billion (1,19)
- Of total revenue, 49% came from the Nordics, 33% from Continental Europe, 10% from the UK and Ireland, 6% from Baltics, and 1% from rest of world
- Comparable EBITDA improved and totaled EUR 146.8 million (129.4), which was 10.6% of revenue (10.8)
- IFRS operating profit totaled to EUR 87.1 million (77.6)
- Net profit was EUR 55.1 million (65.8)
- Cash flows from operating activities (IFRS) totaled EUR 111.7 million (89.9)
- Paulig was debt free at the end of 2025
Paulig’s key sustainability results in 2025 include:
- Continued decoupling of greenhouse gas emissions from growth with the emissions intensity per ton of production volume dropped by 27% from 2018. In absolute terms, reduced emissions from own operations by 38% and in value chain by 4 % from the 2018 baseline
- Taking big steps forward in advancing the nature strategy with in-depth evaluation of our impacts and accelerating regenerative agriculture programs in our key supply chains to reduce negative impacts and to build long-term resilience. Program coverage of selected key raw material volumes has steadily increased, e.g. wheat to >30% of sourced volumes.
- Empowering sustainable choices through increased product-level transparency across the product portfolio, leveraging a leading sustainability food database and life-cycle assessment methodology to >2500 products
- The share of sales from products enabling health for people was 37%
- Safety is our top priority: In 2025, our total recordable case frequency improved by 36% to 14.84, the best result in our history
