Values are celebrated every year through employees who bring them alive. They are Value Heroes.
“I am very proud to be a Value Hero. This nomination was a happy surprise to me. It seems that the small social stunts I organised in our virtual team meetings during the first period of Corona were appreciated. In my work, the value Grow Together means a lot. That’s why I like to facilitate our team’s efforts to grow together”, says one of the Values Heroes, Silje Skifjell from Norway.
Paulig has a long tradition in celebrating its values. Value Heroes are selected each year and they are announced on Value Day – a special day dedicated to values. “Every year we identify and celebrate our colleagues who have been nominated by their peers. These Value Heroes lead the way when it comes to living our values”, says Anu Pires, SVP, Human Resources. ”This year, we received about 30 nominations from different countries.”
Paulig’s Value Heroes are chosen based on value stories. This year, Paulig celebrates five employees: Patrick Efran (Production Worker from Belgium), Simon Solway (Country Manager from the UK), Silje Skifjell (Sales Support Specialist from Norway), Anne-Lié Palm (Production Planner from Sweden) and Els Bogaert (Production Supervisor from Belgium).
