Notice to shareholders, creditors, employees and employee representatives of Paulig Ltd, Paulig Coffee A/S and Saffron Holding A/S

Paulig is contemplating a cross-border merger whereby Paulig’s Danish holding companies Paulig Coffee A/S and Saffron Holding A/S will be merged into Paulig Ltd. The Danish holding companies do not carry out any operational business and they do not have any employees.

The planned registration date for the cross-border merger is 2 October 2023.
